Sarah is our CEO. She has over 35 years of experience in HR and recruitment. She has a wealth of experience recruiting all staff, she prides herself on excellent customer service. Sarah is mum to 2 girls and enjoys a lovely glass of red wine in her garden.
VIOLA SIGNEJEVA
Viola is our Head of Finance. She is smart, driven, and just the right amount of dangerous. She climbed from admin to leadership and is now an integral member of CRS.
Between early runs and late reports, school runs and business calls, Vi keeps it all moving with focus, rhythm, and calm control.

She is the go-to person who always knows what’s happening, where, and when. She keeps everything organized at work while embracing a bit of fun chaos in life—like fitting in early workouts before the alarm. Passionate about fitness, business, and staying ahead, she brings sharp focus and great energy to everything she does.

Vik is our office superhero—effortlessly juggling admin tasks, solving problems, and responding to emails in record time. She’s known for her organization, communication, teamwork, and sharp eye for detail. Outside of work, she enjoys art and makes time to volunteer, all while keeping everything running smoothly.
